Aroma: Labdanum essential oil has a warm, sweet, herbaceous and musky scent.
Fragrance note: Middle.
Properties: Labdanum is antiseptic and astringent. Excellent for use in creams for mature skin to help optimise a healthy complexion.
Uses: Massage, baths, vaporization, and may be added to base emollients.
Blends well with: Bergamot, Chamomile, Clary Sage, Cypress, Frankincense, Lavender, Juniper, Oakmoss, Opopanax, Patchouli, Pine, Sandalwood and Vetiver.
Caution: Always dilute Labdanum essential oil to less than 5% before application to skin. Do no use during pregnancy.
