Aroma: Caraway essential oil has a warm, sweet and spicy scent.
Fragrance note: Middle to top.
Properties: Caraway essential oil is said to soothe emotional fatigue, maintain normal digestion and support a healthy respiratory system.
Uses: Massage, baths and vaporisation.
Blends well with: Basil, Chamomile, Frankincense, Ginger, Lavender and Orange.
Caution: Always dilute caraway essential oil to less than 5% before application to the skin.
