Nutmeg Essential Oil is extracted by steam distillation of the dried nut from the tree which is grown commercially in Indonesia and elsewhere.

The pure oil is thin, clear colourless or sometimes pale yellow.The aroma is rich sweet and spicy.

CAUTION:

Always dilute Nutmeg Essential Oil to 5% or less in a carrier oil and use cautiously.
Avoid using during pregnancy or lactation. Do not use on children
