MYRRH (Commiphora myrrha)

Myrrh Essential Oil is extracted from resin collected from the stem and shoots of the tree.
It is grown in the Middle East, North Africa and Northern India.

Myrrh was extensively used by ancient civilisations for religious purposes, incense and embalming.

Pure Myrrh essential oil has a rich, spicy, camphor-like smell. It is warming and antiseptic.

USES:

Massage, baths inhalation.
When diluted with carrier oil, Myrrh Essential Oil can be used to warm and soothe muscles.

CAUTION

Myrrh Essential Oil is safe to use when diluted to 5% or less in a carrier oil.
Avoid during pregnancy.
