May Chang Essential Oil is obtained by steam distillation of the small pepper-like fruits from the plant.
The pure oil is yellow and light in consistency.
It has a crisp, citrus smell. Perhaps similar to Lemongrass or Lemon Verbena.

USES:

May Chang Essential Oil is calming.
It also has astringent, antiseptic, insecticide, stimulant and tonic properties.

CAUTION:

May Chang Essential Oil should always be diluted to 5% or less with a carrier oil before use.
It may be slightly irritating to the skin.
