Marjoram Essential Oil is obtained by steam distillation from the dried flowering heads of the shrub.
It originated in Asia but is now grown all over Europe and cultivated for oil in Tunisia, Morocco, Germany, Hungary and Egypt.

Majoram was sacred in India and Egypt, and for the Greeks it was a symbol of enduring love.

Pure Marjoram Essential Oil has a spicy, peppery, camphor-and-thyme smell and is relaxing soothing, warming and fortifying.

USES :

Massage, baths, inhalation.
A few drops in a hot bath boost the circulation and lift the spirits.
For massage, Marjoram essential Oil is particularly good for a stiff neck or after excessive exercise.

CAUTION:

Marjoram essential Oil is perfectly safe for home use as long as it is well diluted before application.
Do not use it during pregnancy.
