GERANIUM (Pelargonium graveolens)

Geranium Essential Oil is extracted from the fresh flowers, stalks and leaves of the perennial shrub.
It is cultivated in Madagascar, Egypt, Spain, France, Italy, Russia and in the Congo.

Pure Geranium essential oil has a rosy-sweet, lemon and mint smell and works as both a tonic and sedative.
It is mildly antiseptic and is a good skin soother.

In aromatherapy it is one of the most important oils -perfect to put you in a good mood, put you to sleep, give you energy or relax you totally.
It is good for mature or dry skin.

USES:

Massage, bath, inhalation, compress. Added to a hot bath, it is deeply relaxing and to a cooler one, energising.
Mixed with carrier oil it makes an excellent headache, neck and shoulders or facial massage.
