Coriander Essential oil is extracted by steam distillation from the seeds. It is grown commercially in France and Russia.

It makes a good deodorant and has been used as an aphrodisiac.

Coriander essential, oil has a spicy, stimulating sweet smell and is warming and relaxing.

In aromatherapy, it is used as a muscle relaxant and soothing agent.

USES:

Massage, baths.
When used in massage dilute well with carrier oil and use only locally.

CAUTION:

Coriander essential oil is slightly toxic and must be used sparingly.
Do not use it during pregnancy.
