CHAMOMILE (ROMAN) (Anthemis Nobilis)

Roman Chamomile essential oil is extracted from the freshly dried, daisy-like flowers. The plant is grown in eastern Europe and North America.

Chamomile is one of the oldest British herbs. It has been used most successfully to make blonde hair blonder, as an excellent disinfectant during World War II, and as a tea.

Roman Chamomile essential oil is rich in azulene. It has relaxing benefits and smells of apples and straw.

USES:

Massage, baths, inhalation compress. To relax after a hard day add ten drops of oil to a warm bath. It is also an excellent household disinfectant.

CAUTION:

Chamomile essential oil is perfectly safe for home use as long as it is diluted before application.
